Holly Gullickson, PT, MPT, OCS, CSCS

Areas of interest: Balance and vestibular disorders, sports injuries, general orthopedics

Holly attended Walla Walla College (WA) and Newbold College (England) before transferring to Loma Linda University (CA), where she graduated in 1998 with a BS in Life Sciences and a Masters in Physical Therapy. Holly is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS). She has worked at Cascade Sport and Spine since 2005, as a physical therapist and the owner. She enjoys treating sport injuries, the spine, shoulders, and vestibular and balance disorders. For her patients, Holly offers advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, a positive outlook on their recovery, and dedication to helping them meet their individual goals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with Jeff, her husband, and children, Abby and Hayden. She also enjoys mountain biking, skiing, golf, gardening (despite having a black thumb), traveling, and reading.

Nancy E. Hamilton, PT, OCS, SCS

University of Puget Sound, 1982

Nancy served as a medic in the Air Force for 7 years before earning her degree in physical therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 1982. She worked as a physical therapist in Chehalis and Olympia before coming to work at Cascade in 2007. Nancy has more than 20 years of physical therapy experience with an emphasis in orthopedic and sports medicine. She has both OCS and Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) certifications. Nancy specializes in biomechanical evaluations, and provides clinical evidence based treatment. Her specific areas of interest include the foot, gait, knee, shoulder, and athletics. She thinks that Cascade is a great place to get physical therapy care because of the excellent, one-on-one personal treatment and friendly staff. Nancy’s hobbies include gardening, drawing, carving, and working with her fresh water aquarium.

Dana Hilz, PT, DPT, CSCS

Northern Arizona University, 2004

Dana earned her BS degree in physiological sciences from the University of Arizona, and her physical therapy degree from Northern Arizona University. After graduation in 2004, she moved to Washington, and came to work at Cascade in 2007. Dana enjoys working with patients of all ages and with all types of orthopedic diagnoses. Dana uses a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to treat her patients, and is also a CSCS. She thinks Cascade is an excellent choice for physical therapy care because of the personalized service, time, and dedication offered to each patient. Dana enjoys biking, running, camping, writing, and traveling.
